Fixed Alerts inadvertedly marked as read

Affected version
2.1.10
If a user does have more then 25 unread alerts and does open the alert popup, all alerts do get marked as read - even those that the user did not have a chance to see.

Not a bug Just updated to latest version of 2.2.10, users are now complaining about having to refresh in order for link to show as read
