Lack of interest Alert opt-out phrasing is a bit limiting

Currently the phrasing used on the heading for opting out of alerts limits it to an action directly performed by another person, but doesn't allow (at least not with it making sense) for an add-on to let someone opt-out of an alert for an automated action
