I just cannot seem to find a solution for this problem that I have.
We have a forum area for our staff (moderators) than only Admin and Moderators can see and use. Now we are supposed to post up all forum related discussions in this area. However I just cannot get the moderators to even view these threads. I have placed Thread Prefix as default when a threads is created showing up in orange with the word "Staff" and even this is not helping.
I have tried to get them all to place the watch option on that forum but I possibly think even that has not been done. So basically I am now down to each time a post is made in that area I need to send each one a PC asking them to at least read it.
Any other suggestion would be appreciated as I am now really finding the current method hard work each time a new thread is posted.
