Akismet matched user content & Moderation Queue

The built-in Akismet checking can catch some content updates (user_about/user_signature) which are not pushed to the Moderation Queue for reporting & gating.

The only place where it is logged is in the incredibly verbose Spam Trigger log.

Being able to surface these spam updates is very useful for preventing about/signature spam

Agree with this... when running large sites, it's extremely difficult to manage spam if it's not exposed on the front end when it gets caught.

Additionally, it makes it impossible to approve valid items that get caught up in the spam filter since they're not exposed anywhere for me to approve.
