Lack of interest Ajax tabs

Is there any support for ajax loading of these tabs?

When recently browsing someone's site with a somewhat bulky style, the page refreshes are somewhat jarring.

Paint me paranoid but which site does this occur on? I know my host has been terrible as of late so wondering if it's my site this happens on?

After clicking through the tabs several times it starts to get annoying. That's just one example(your site does it too....choosing to deal with it because I love the site <3).
