That depends on the code you use in the username CSS under each user group.

You could use something simple like:

color: #176093;

or

color: #3CB043;
font-weight: bold;

It will make the username color to whatever they are. I think the 2nd one was green and bold lettering. It will change the username in 4 different spots.
