Agents setup command addition

I know it's not fully released yet but as I'm a lazy dev who uses it often and is tired of having to prompt the clankers to change things over to use the xf-cli as well... could we get a flag to have it say to use the cli tool for running commands in any place it says/suggests to use a cmd.php command?

Explain what the problem is to your agent and ask it how to set things up so that it does what you want.
