Advertisements disappear upon no search results

Not sure if it has been reported, tried searching with no luck.

It appears every single ad is removed when you can't find results on the search. I can only reproduce this on that page, they load everywhere else:




ggggg = container header
728x90 = container sidebar above
paypal banner = container content below

Search random term that will result in nothing:

This is because the message_page template used to display this message is blacklisted by default in the ad options. It is deliberate. I think Adsense and others ask that you not display ads on pages like this, but you can remove it from the blacklist if that doesn't apply to you.

Ah I didn’t even realize that was an option. Options -> Appearance -> Prevent ads showing in these templates
