"Advanced mode" for option group where all options is marked as "Advanced"

If administrator don't use "Advanced mode", he can see groups with only advanced options. But if he open them, he see empty page (only row for saving options and link for enabling "Advanced mode"):


I expect hide groups with only "Advanced mode" options, or show message like:

Opening this group will require an enabling "Advanced mode". Continue?
