XF 2.0 Adv banner not visible on mobile?

Hi community,

I have placed an adv banner in the header: 728x90
How come this is not visible on mobile?

What should I do to show adv on mobile?

Did you use the inbuilt advertising system? Also that banner would be to big for mobile.

yes I did.
Usually on responsive big banners get smaller

Which ad template position is it in (as shown in the Position dropdown for the advert)?
Does the banner show on a desktop computer?
If you replace the banner with some simple text (e.g. Hello World) does that show up on a desktop computer? On a mobile device?

hey you know there is something strange....I can't find the adv manager in the admin anymore.

Use the ACP search at the top right, searching for "advertising"
If nothing comes up, then it sounds like the administrator account you are logged in with doesn't have the necessary privileges. You will need to log in with a Super Administrator account to do this (and you can then give the other admin account the "Manage advertising" permission - search for "administrators" and then select the admin to do this).
