XF 1.2 Adress is Blacklisted

hey,

a user of my forum mailed me with this error:
Access Denied! Your address is blacklisted. More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
He gets it every time he trys to write a reply to a thread.

I checked the xenforo logs and they are empty. what should I do next ?

That sounds like a server related issue which you will need to contact your host about.

I suspect the IP address has been blacklisted.

He can still read the post and login/logout. Would be an odd server problem, wouldn´t it ?
