XF 1.5 Administrator and Registered Users different stylings.

My administrator login and registered users login show different template styles. The administrator is showing old styling while the registered users show the updated styling. This has been over a week now, I have tried clearing all cache etc. The administrator styling does not update.

Unless you are using a different style for the administrator account, it has to be cache or style related.
