Duplicate AdminCP select.input cannot be scrolled

My settings that use selectbox in Admin cannot be scrolled as they have select.input { overflow: hidden } in the rule.

It was ok before 2.1 but I do not have much space to try a fresh 2.1 install. So please pardon me if this is a false report.
