XF 2.3 Admin security lock

I'm trying to admin login to a demo site I have but I have been security locked out and must reset the admin password. Problem is the domain admin email is not valid to do the reset.

Any suggestions?

Do you have access to database through phpmyadmin or some other database management tool? If you do you can delete the entries for your user id from the xf_login_attempt table.

No joy. the admin account is not listed in that table.
