XF 1.1 Admin login, needs forced refresh to show backend

Hello all,

Got another small problem I can't seem to work out. Every time I log into the back-end of XF it logs me in but I'm greeted with the login screen again, I need to hit CTRL+F5 to force refresh the browser in order for admin to show.

Page headers show
Code:
cache-control: no-cache
, am I missing something?

Thanks,
Paul

The headers indicate that the page is not cached locally. But there may be some funny business happening on the server side. You mentioned in the other thread that you use a proxy server. I suggest looking there.

Hey Jake,

Thanks for the swift reply. The proxy server does not cache anything, it's merely a DNS filter/firewall (not sure if that's correct terminology?!) and can confirm working on wordpress login.

Although I don't think it makes a difference I've filtered the admin.php file from APC:
Code:
apc.filters = "-/var/www/community/admin\.php$"
I'm not sure what else it could be or where to even start poking around to resolve issue... any pointers?
Thanks again,
Paul

Hey mouth,

Thanks for the heads-up, unfortunately for me I'm on the same domain and always use www with no https:// to still stumped as to the cause, hopefully one of the many geniuses on here will help point me in the right direction!!
