I'm on php 7.3.9 and unable to login to Admin. Have tried multiple browsers, restarting PHP, graceful server reboot and some phpMyAdmin tweaks but nothing.

As for not being able to log into the admin panel, what exactly happens when you try to do so?

As for not being able to log into the admin panel, what exactly happens when you try to do so?
The 521 error started when I uploaded the 2.1.4 upgrade package.
When I enter the user/pass and hit enter, the page just reloads as though I never entered anything. Does this for both
Upgrade system login and Admin login.
I'm upgrading from 2.0.2 to 2.0.4 and just finished uploading the files. I'm trying to complete the installation at the installation page but when I login with my username and password, the page just reloads to itself!
Very, very strange. Just did a hard refresh of the login page and got this.
The following warnings were detected when verifying that your server can run XenForo:
Your server has disabled a core PHP function exec via the disable_functions directive in php.ini. This may cause unexpected problems in XenForo.
These will not prevent you from using XenForo, but they should be resolved if possible to ensure optimal functioning. However, you may still continue with the upgrade.
So, I tried logging in, got something like "user not found" tried another hard refresh and back to the original login page just refreshing. I'm sensing a Cloudflare issue, but nothing changed so I'm not sure why.
