It would be nice to have the possibility to organize/reorder (via drag and drop the) admin nav entries or to put favorite admin nav entries on top of the list.
Every user with permimission to the admin cp should have his self customized admin nav.
Only issue I see with this is when someone who has customized the ACP menu to their needs, and then asks where to find "X" it may not be where it is in a vanilla install, making it difficult to guide someone where to look.
