If you live in the US, of course, as the UK has already had their DST change. So for those who enjoy sleeping in, enjoy it! The change will occur at 2:00 AM, or, if you want to be technical, 1:59:59 AM since we never actually the clock show 2:00 AM.

If we're being technical, isn't it also 999 milliseconds.

Damn, I was going to post that myself but decided against it because milliseconds aren't the lowest subunit of time.

The correct terminology would be 2:00 AM - the smallest subunit of time.

It's not incorrect, but it's technically not correct, either, as when DST occurs and the clock changes, it goes from 1:59 AM to either 1:00 AM or 3:00 AM.
