XF 1.5 Adding Tags after "Create Thread" (forgot to put in tags)

Is it possible to put in tags after one has created a thread?

Here is what happened. I went to create a thread and i pressed submit.

Once the thread was created i realised that i forgot to put in the tags.

I pressed "edit" but the tags box is missing.

I looked in my permissions but i can't find it anywhere. So i did the same on xenforo.com and it happens here too

ah ok. i know how you did it after looking around more.

I didn't see the small "edit"



I was pressing "edit" in the "edit post" and "more options box" I thought it would be in the same place as create thread since there were no tags created.
