MG 2.2 Adding Google Ads on Media

Is there a way to show Google Ads when viewing individual media items? I don't see a way to do this through Advertisements or Widgets.

When viewing non-lightbox media pages, the standard page container advertisement placements will show:

• Container breadcrumb (top): Above / Below
• Container breadcrumb (bottom): Above / Below
• Container content: Above / Below
• Container header

... but not the sidebar placements:

• Container sidebar: Above / Below
• Container sidenav: Above / Below

And none of them show in lightbox mode.

Oops - the Container sidebar placements are not shown at all in the media gallery (there is no sidebar in the gallery), but the Container sidenav placements do show on media list pages (media gallery home / category view / album view / etc), but not on media view pages.
