I have an electronics forum, and many times, it is necessary to enter special characters. For example, the "Ohm" character, the "degrees celcius", "Theta", "Micro" etc. So, I am looking for a way to put a custom button into the editor. You press this button, and a window like the "emoji" selector opens, and you can select one of these special characters. What does it take to do this? I am not knowledgeable in PHP.
