Hi.
I need to create a few extra div wrappers and containers which will be located on a parent level, just after <body>. They should be closed just before the </body>. Wrappers are necessary to make room for ads to be placed on the top (above the menu) and on the right side outside the main content.
Which template files should I edit to enter the opening and closing tags in the correct place? I guess the css can be typed directly in extra.css.
Any kind of help will be greatly appreciated!
