I want to add the content of the XF copyright box and the legalFooter to the normal footer so they display like the following

Copyright Notice | Terms and Rules | Privacy Statement| Contact | Help | News | Top etc

Like this i can finally free up that nasty space below the footer :) But how to do it?

Second question would be to make the footer stretching full width.

Per the License Agreement, the XenForo copyright must remain visible unless you purchase a branding free license.

If you move it one inch up into the footer its still visible isn't it? I am not asking for a removal :)

Yes there is nothing said to explicitly forbid you from moving it, as long as you don't try to move it or hide it from visibility otherwise.

I misread your "copyright notice", but yes, it can be moved.

Okido, moved the legal stuff to the footer it self. Looks much better.
