Adding another database?

I am not in need just yet but will be sooner than later... but my mysql database is sitting at 780mb/1gb of space. I know that I will need to run another database through the site. Is there a way to connect two and how do I do it? Also, would there be something easy like a addon or something that I could use. Should I be looking at maybe just hiring someone to perform this request instead as I am not a pro at this kind of stuff.

If you mean you want to split the database into two then that's not possible.

You will need to look for a new host if there is a limit on database size.

There is not a limit like 1GB or something else for databases. It has to do with your host. My forum's database is 5GB with no issues.
Contact your host to increase you the quota.
