XF 1.1 Add User 502 Error

When adding a user via the Admin panel I am getting a 502 error when I first type the name and tab out (checking to see the user doesnt exist yet) as well as save the user. Editing the user later is fine.

Any ideas? I did not have this problem before I moved servers.

If you disable add-ons are you able to accomplish adding a user?

Disabling all addons did not fix it.
