Duplicate Add the option to not overlap the avatar and user info on the new user banner system on profile pages

I'm not a fan of everything being overlapped. The avatar overlapping the banner and all the user info text overlapping the banner.

It might look okay if you have a nice abstract background. But as soon as you start putting actual photos up it starts to get messy looking and you can't appreciate the banner in full, or easily read the text, even with darkening the background and adding shadow etc.

Please add the option to instead keep everything separated like this

Profile Banner and Avatar

IMO, if a user has uploaded an profile banner, the avatar shouldn’t be displayed over the banner, it looks bad and can make the banner useless.
