Duplicate Add Responsive Support On/Off Toggle by User

It would be great if we could allow users to enable or disable responsive support individually. When we enable it, some users complain. When we disable it, some users complain. There are some users who prefer to view the site on their mobile devices that they see on the desktop and laptop computers even if that means zooming in and out, while other users appreciate the more simplified and mobile friendly approach while they are on their mobile devices.

Did you set one as a child style and disable the responsive option for that one in style properties? If so, that's rather smart and a little disappointed I didn't think of it! :D

Yes.

The fixed width style is the parent and the responsive style is the child.
