Add PHP 8.5.0alpha1 support to XF2.3 and XF2.4

I have tested the PHP 8.5 Alpha build with XenForo 2.3.7 on Herd (localhost) on Windows 10 and found it to be working without any issues so far. I would like to suggest adding official support for PHP 8.5.0alpha1 builds to both XenForo 2.3 and XenForo 2.4 to help the community prepare for future PHP updates and take advantage of potential performance improvements.

The software is updated periodically with regards to that.
