I just recently purchased Xenforo, and while I know this is the wrong section, I am still unable to purchase any add-ons. Does it take some time for your account to have permissions to get them or something?

Have you set your forum username in your account area? The exact URL would be: https://xenforo.com/customers/forum-users

It's pretty instant, but if you're there give it 5 minutes
