When add-ons list their price, I never see anything for following years. Or is that the price per year? I don't see anything specified for this.

Just depends.
Usually there is a:
(1) 1 time price
(2) fee + a lesser yearly fee. (ie. $40 one time + $15/year).

Frequently if there is a yearly licensing fee, you will see it in the listing.





Typically if you don't see the above on the listing, then it's a 1 time fee.
