Add-on to disable posting links for specific usergroup?

Looking for an addon that will disable the ability for users in a specific usergroup to post links in posts. Or - something like "must have x posts in order to post a link" ...

I think that I have seen a couple of such add ons before. Did you look at the RM?

So it would be a case where you should use it at your own risk.
