Add-On Support

I'm wondering if we will see a better way for add-on developers to support their mods in the near future. I watch add-on threads that I've downloaded so I can keep track of what I've downloaded, as well as have an idea when an add-on has been updated. However, doing it this way remains difficult because obviously, it mixes in with all the other threads I've watched and furthermore, the add-on threads have become bombarded with support questions and answers, making it impossible for me to 'skip the crap' and just see if the add-on has been updated or not.

I realize the XenForo software is #1 priority...but would be nice to see if this something like this is even in the works yet and how far off it might be.

The add-on system is currently being developed.

From what I've seen it should fulfil the role admirably.

Having said that, it will still be up to developers to keep their submitted resources up to date.

Any chance you could persuade K&M for some teaser screenshots of the system?
