Is it possible to make all the settings required for an add-on centralized at a single point?

e.g. After an add-on "Good Me" is installed:

1) I can find it in ACP->Add-on->Good Me
2) Clicking on it will lead me to a tabbed page with all the settings it requires to make changes to
3) It can display its own part for User Group Permissions, maybe just a couple lines of options instead of digging into the whole list of UGP and find what need to be changed.. Making changes here will automatically change the corresponding settings in the main UGP as they're the same thing
4) Changing styles in another tab if required
5) Cron jobs in another tab if required
6) Nodes for another tab if required
7) ...

What do you think?

You can reach options, templates and phrases from the add-on list already at least. They could probably add a link to style properties and permissions (with a usergroup selection akin to style selection on template/style property pages) there too.
