XF 1.3 Add On Not Linked

I have noticed that when viewing my list of installed ad on that some of them when you mouse over are not linked to anything. The others that are if you click on them it will take you to the coders web site or to the add on here. Why is it like this that some don't do that?

I have noticed that when viewing my list of installed ad on that some of them when you mouse over are not linked to anything. The others that are if you click on them it will take you to the coders web site or to the add on here. Why is it like this that some don't do that?

It is like this because it is an optional field which is present when developers create add ons within debug mode in the admin cp. Some choose not to add a URL.
