Lack of interest Add note in Options > Notifications to enable Push Notifications in Groups & Permissions

I turned on push notifications but never saw the prompt to allow it in Chrome. As I continue to build out my new forum I see it's in the group permissions. Please add a note in the Options > Notifications page to set the permissions in user groups otherwise people will think it's on and not realize it's not because it is defaulted OFF.
