Lack of interest Add new version button

For me it looks odd being there (above the download button) mainly because I think the download button clashes with it. Not to mention it feels cluttered in the top right now where before it didn't. I also feel the breadcrumbs should always span all the away across until it meets the side block, no exceptions.

I think the add new version button location can be better placed away from the download button. where? not sure yet but I think this isn't the place it should be.

Looks fine to me, don't see the problem.

As said above, we're else are you going to put it anyway?
