The Resource Manager is a great resource, but adding more ratings capability would allow it to be become a great Ratings add-on.
Some who was interested in say cars, could rate cars according to cost, reliability, power, styling. Someone rating treatments could use side effects, costs, effectiveness. You could rate how effective professionals such as attorneys were (cost/effectiveness/speed) or any other profession.
I imagine this would be fairly easy given ratings are already part of the system.
