Lack of interest Add log if admin have changed user like/reply count

Hello, on my forum likes have a weight, users can see hidden content if they have, for example, 100 likes. I change user like/reply count via admin panel, but these changes are not logging by default. I would like to log these changes only for changes in ACP

XF 2.2 Is there an email bounce block list/blacklist/blocklist? Or is the only record the user state change? Can accounts be blocked for bounced emails?
