Implemented Add "Lock Thread" to Thread Tools

At the moment, the options in "Thread Tools" are Edit, Delete and Move a thread. I'd like "Lock Thread" to be there as well (and probably Unlock as well). At the moment, if I'm reading a thread that is going off the rails, or I feel should be locked, I seem to have to go back to the thread list, select the checkbox by the thread and then lock it. It makes more sense for me to be able to lock a thread while reading it, rather than from the list of threads.

Select Edit Thread and remove a checkbox from Open field.

I suppose I'm just lazy, but I'd prefer it to be immediately available.

While I realize this is one heck of a thread necro, I totally agree with wwwicked on this one. I had no idea you could hit edit and do that. I have been going back to the thread list and doing it there.

It's already immediate. And simple. You click on thread tools, click Edit Thread, and uncheck Open. You can't get much more immediate than that other than eliminating a click.

But see, I didn't even know it was there until today. And I've been in XF since early adopt. It's not intuitive for new Admins.
