When viewing the main page, instead of "Viewing help," have something like "Viewing list of help pages."

Then for specific pages like the Resource Guidelines page, again, instead of "Viewing help," have it be "Viewing help page Resource Guidelines," with the name of the page being a hyperlink.

I can no longer edit the OP (staff members, feel free to merge this), but since the template name of the main area is help_index, the phrase for when viewing the main help page, the page that shows you all the things you can find, such as smilies and BB codes, could be "Viewing help index."
