XF 1.4 add icon as an award to profile + under avatar just under the status

Is it possible to add icon as an award to profile + under avatar just under the status?
I'm using an add-on Trophies by Waindigo but I think it only works for profiles but no possibility to add an icon under the avatar when you have the ribbon,...
