Implemented Add file/external download link after resource creation

I've got many resources posted right now which at the moment don't contain downloadable files or external purchase links, but they will do in the near/far future, the problem is that once I've posted a resource WITHOUT a file attached, it will not let me add one in the future...

Suggestion: Allowing files/external links to be added/submitted after resource creation.

I'ld love for the ability todo this. As currently, after releasing an addon for the first time, I need to quickly update my addons and reupload them with the URL set to the resource manager entry.
