There are lots of options to configure with the new bounce handling feature, and with lots of options (email address, host, user name and password, port, encryption type) come plenty of opportunities to make mistakes.

Therefore, I suggest that some kind of configuration testing be offered, similar to the way Outlook allows one to test the configuration of an email account upon setting it up.
