Add a user inside a group if parameter is present inside the url

Hello, it's possible to a a user inside a group if a parameters is present in url or with a php script and a simple query please ?

By exemple, I url have : mysite.com/?donation=true
If donation inside the url = true, add user inside the premium group and redirect user to index.
