If you're on a large board and have used this addon for years you should run the following CLI command after upgrading:

php cmd.php wutime-adblock-tracker:clear-data stale-users --stale-user-days=365

Or with a larger batch size if you prefer

php cmd.php wutime-adblock-tracker:clear-data stale-users --stale-user-days=365 --batch-size=2000

The above deletes and resets old inactive stale users from the database/tracking.

I have a large board and been running this add-on for quite some time. Had 6840 stale users, removing them took about 1 minute.

Perfect. It'll self maintain moving forward, but good you used the CLI initially.
