Implemented ACP > User search: Allow dates to be manually entered or improve with month/year picker

Please allow us to manually enter dates into the fields in the User search form. The pop-up calendar selector is very tedious if you want to go back several years.

Alternatively, please allow us to click the year in the pop-up selector and move a whole year forwards/backwards!!

This would be extremely helpful.

I've been applying a lot of mass-user changes and it helps to find people I need to find 5-8 years back at times.

The current way doesn't allow flexibility or manually editing the fields without copying/pasting the format into a text editor, adjusting it, then pasting it back into the XF input field. Yuck!
