The account page shows Applications even if no OAuth clients have been configured.

This seems useless and might confuse uers - Applications should only be shown if there are OAuth clients the user could use.
 
Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.3.0 RC 5).

Change log:
Only show applications navigation item in account wrapper if there are configured OAuth2 clients
