XF 2.2 accent symbol ‘ in URL

A user posts and in the title there is an accent that also appears in the void. Shouldn't the accents disappear from the rewrite?

I just saw that it doesn't appear in this place, is it by chance a bug that was fixed with version 2.3?

Probably connected to the backend setting Romanize titles in URLs?

where can I find this option?

Search for romanize in admin panel. It is basically in Setup > Options > Basic Options at the bottom. I think this should work if you do not want ' in urls.

I just installed XF 2.3 as a test site the other day and the option was enabled by default.
