In the sidebar, the following text appears in albums:
There are plenty of moderator and user settings for privacy, but it seems that only 1 person can own an album and add items to that album.
If there's an album like "Summer 2019", it doen't make sense that only X can add items to the gallery when Y and Z also have summer pictures. They can make their own album, but for the sake of keeping tidiness, it seems like an album should be public. Otherwise, why have the text

Can add media items: Album owner only.? That gives me the impression that there's a permission that anyone can add an item to "Summer 2019" if the owner allows for it, kind of like a category, but a shared album.
