A really basic Google Ads question?

Hi I work for a large international company. I work across Europe and therefore it includes Spain.

We have people working in South America and they have set up Spanish Google ads. Is that going to benefit me in or will people living in Spain not receive the Google Ads set up for Spanish speaking countries in South America?
